OUEN is a global platform connecting supporters, people seeking support, players, teams, communities and businesses. Users are expected to act in accordance with sportsmanship and respect the dignity, rights and safety of others.

• Impersonation, fraud, falsification, violence, threats, discrimination, harassment and rights infringement are prohibited.
• OUEN may request identity, team authority or guardian verification where required for safety, rights or payments.
• Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

PLAY FAIR. RESPECT PEOPLE. OUEN distinguishes honest mistakes from deliberate abuse. We support challenge and growth, but act firmly against fraud, exploitation, violence and repeated harassment.

• Healthy support, constructive criticism and genuine activity/result reporting are welcome.
• Bullying, stalking, doxxing, sexual harassment and block evasion are prohibited.
• Discrimination, match manipulation and abusive gambling-related conduct are prohibited.

OUEN may process account data, profile information, user content, transaction records, consent records and safety logs where necessary to operate the service, protect users and comply with law.

• Addresses, phone numbers, payment data and minor-related information are not made public beyond what is necessary.
• Cross-border processing or disclosure will be handled under applicable law.
• Access, correction and deletion request channels will be provided.

OUEN uses a safety-first launch model. Additional protections apply to users under 18 depending on age and feature.

• Users aged 16–17 may require guardian approval for monetization, CARD sales, VAMOS! receipt, commercial offers and public media.
• Ages 13–15 are intended to use guardian- or team-managed profiles rather than standard independent social accounts at launch.
• No independent account is offered to children under 13.

Joining OUEN does not give OUEN unlimited rights to use a person's image, voice or media. Profile display, social display, CARD sales and advertising are treated as separate purposes.

• Users must have the necessary rights and permissions for third-party media they upload.
• Commercial use is handled separately from ordinary profile display.
• For minors, the young person's interests and guardian consent are given additional weight.

OUEN CARD products connect a person or team with physical/digital products and QR-linked content. Before publication or sale, OUEN may verify authorization, image/logo rights, identity and sales conditions.

• Price, shipping, production timing and return conditions are shown before purchase.
• Buying a CARD does not create a right to private contact details, a meeting or personal access.
• Minor-related commercial CARD use requires guardian approval.

VAMOS! is a paid support feature. It does not purchase a reply, meeting, sporting result, romantic/sexual interaction or any other personal service.

• Amount, currency, fees and HELP/refund conditions are presented before payment.
• Unauthorized payments, duplicates, technical failures and suspected abuse may be investigated.
• Receipt and payout may depend on identity checks, country availability and payment-provider rules.

Refund and cancellation rules differ by product and service. Physical CARD products, digital functions, VAMOS! and GATHERING participation are not treated as one category.

• Duplicate, unauthorized or failed technical transactions are reviewed separately.
• Custom-made physical products may become non-cancellable after production begins where lawful.
• Mandatory consumer rights are not waived.

OUEN may pre-register team information from public sources. An unclaimed listing must not be presented as an official team-operated account.

• Administrative rights are granted only after a TEAM CLAIM review.
• Authority may be checked through official email, website, organization proof or equivalent evidence.
• Commercial use of names, logos and player images requires separate rights review.

OUEN supports real-world connection while preserving adult freedom and personal responsibility. Safety acknowledgements and platform records are used where appropriate.

• For first meetings, long-distance or overseas travel, participants should tell a trusted person who they are meeting, why, when and where.
• OUEN-recorded participation can preserve application, approval, cancellation, date, country/city and consent history.
• GATHERING remains 18+ until the guardian-consent workflow is implemented and reviewed.
• Travel documents, visas, insurance, accommodation and return arrangements remain the participant's responsibility.

Support, scouting, jobs, sponsorship, photography and collaboration must never be used as a pretext for sexual demands, coercion, retaliation or deceptive changes of terms.

• Continued contact after rejection or blocking is prohibited.
• Adult-to-minor commercial contact is restricted to approved channels.
• High-risk offers may be subject to sender verification and evidence retention.

Child sexual abuse and exploitation, CSAM, grooming and sexual extortion are subject to zero tolerance.

• Severe child-safety reports receive urgent handling.
• OUEN may report to competent authorities or specialist organizations where required by applicable law.
• Dangerous disclosure of a minor's exact home, accommodation or live location is prohibited.

Do not upload, sell or commercially exploit photos, video, music, articles, team logos, broadcasts, trademarks or likenesses without the necessary rights.

• OUEN will maintain a rights complaint and takedown process.
• Repeat infringement may lead to restrictions or suspension.
• AI editing does not remove third-party intellectual-property or likeness rights.

Users may request account/data deletion, report content or users, submit rights complaints and appeal moderation decisions through designated channels.

• Certain records may be retained where required for law, fraud prevention, safety or accounting.
• OUEN may preserve and disclose relevant records in response to lawful authority requests.
• Retaliation against reporters and malicious mass-reporting are prohibited.

OUEN may use AI for translation, summarization, recommendations and moderation assistance, but does not permit deceptive use involving real people, teams, results, credentials or contracts.

• Sexual deepfakes, non-consensual intimate imagery and sexualized synthetic content involving minors are prohibited.
• AI GENERATED / AI EDITED labels may be required where appropriate.
• Voice cloning for commercial CARD, advertising or VAMOS! use requires explicit authorization.
